Shipping & Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, if the product has not been used, is in its original box, and is in resalable condition. Amount of refund will be the original purchase price less actual Shipping & Handling cost plus 20% restocking fee.

Any damage occurring from shipping MUST be reported immediately so a claim can be filed with the carrier.

Customer is responsible for returning the merchandise with insurance.

We will notify you via email or phone of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
